Yim Yames, Ben Sollee and Daniel Martin Moore will continue their recent partnership at a Dec. 29 concert to benefit Kentuckians For The Commonwealth, a non-partisan social justice group that is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year. The special performance will take place Thursday, December 29, 2011 at The Brown Theatre in Louisville. Doors will open at 6 p.m.; the concert will begin at 7 p.m. Tickets are available for $35 at The Kentucky Center or online at www.kentuckycenter.org. The concert, which will also feature authors Silas House and Jason Howard, will be at the Brown Theatre and will focus on the ramifications of mountaintop removal coal mining.
